Grapevine Lake jet ski hit-and-run crash: Two suspects arrested
- Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with the death of 18-year-old Ava Moore.
- Moore was kayaking on Grapevine Lake on Sunday and was struck by two women on a jet ski.
- The driver of the jet ski fled the scene of the deadly crash with a male.
- The male suspect, Maikel Coello Perozo, was also arrested, according to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
DALLAS – Texas Game Wardens have arrested a woman linked to the death of an 18-year-old who was struck by a jet ski while kayaking on Grapevine Lake.
Grapevine police says a man who drove the suspect away from the scene has also been arrested.

Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez, 21, was arrested Tuesday morning at a home in the 4700 block of Kildare Avenue in Oak Cliff.
Police from Grapevine and Dallas, along with Texas Game Wardens and federal agents, surrounded the blue, two-story home around 11 a.m., using drones to look inside the windows.
They ultimately took Gonzalez into custody.
Immigration Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security agents were also part of the massive law enforcement presence when Gonzalez was arrested.
In Gonzalez’s arrest affidavit, it states she is being charged with second-degree felony manslaughter.
Her bond is set at $500,000.
